Job Description:

Technical Support Specialists I support Tier 1 operations for the Client help desk which operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. On occasion, the selected candidate may be asked to work outside of their regularly scheduled hours to provide coverage as needed. This position requires flexibility to work various shifts across a 24-hour period.

 

This position requires individuals to work at various work sites and must have reliable transportation.

 

This position will normally work from 8:00 pm to 6:30 am: However, this is a 24-hour operation, and the candidate may be asked to work a different shift, (shown below), due to operational necessity.

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 pm – 6:30 am (4 days x 10 hour days with 30-minutes for lunch)
  • Wednesday through Saturday, 8:00 pm – 6:30 am (4 days x 10 hour days with 30-minutes for lunch)

 

General Experience:

  • Experience supporting IT end points such as PCs, printers, wired, and wireless devices.
  • Equipped with basic Technical Support Services toolkit (i.e., screwdrivers, pliers, sockets, etc.)

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience supporting IT end points.
  • 1 year of service desk or call center support experience.
  • Must hold an A+ certification.
