Technology Director

As Technology Director at ARAMARK, you will lead IT strategy and delivery for food & beverage operations, ensuring systems and data drive excellent guest experiences and efficient, safe service. Partnering with operations and executive leaders, you'll oversee POS, ERP, and digital platforms, manage vendors and budgets, and drive cybersecurity, reliability, and innovation. You'll build and mentor a high-performing IT team that reflects Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement while shaping scalable solutions across diverse client environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARAMARK's technology strategy for food & beverage operations, aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee design, implementation, and support of POS, ERP, and operational systems across multiple sites.
• Manage IT governance, budgets, roadmaps, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Drive cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance with corporate and industry standards.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations, finance, and leadership to deliver technology that improves guest experience and efficiency.
• Champion innovation, piloting new digital tools, analytics, and automation to optimize operations.
• Ensure reliable system performance, disaster recovery, and incident response.
• Establish KPIs and reporting for technology performance and value realization.
• Promote Aramark's culture of safety, inclusivity, and service through all technology initiatives.
