Senior Electrical Project Manager – Commercial/Industrial

Description Bring your electrical construction leadership to a fast-growing, technology-forward contractor based in Plano, Texas, where you’ll own projects end-to-end from planning through turnover. In this Senior Electrical Project Manager - Commercial/Industrial opportunity, you’ll help deliver complex electrical systems safely, on budget, and to code while collaborating with clients, engineers, and the field team.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Project Manager - Commercial/Industrial position include: 5+ years of electrical construction PM experience (projects valued at $10 million+ preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven ability to manage commercial or industrial electrical projects from planning through completion. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and construction practices. Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

Lead and coordinate project teams, including electricians and subcontractors, with strong communication and accountability. Manage procurement, materials/equipment coordination, and budget/cost control to avoid overruns. Ensure quality control, inspections, safety training, and compliant turnover with complete documentation.

Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: Discretionary annual bonus of approximately 8% of base salary; 3-4 weeks of annual PTO (prorated in the first year); medical 100% paid for employee and dependents; 100% paid dental options; optional vision; insurance eligibility first of the month after 30 days; 401(k) eligibility first of the month after 90 days with a current company match of 3% of base salary when employee contributes; $75/month phone allowance; $600/month vehicle allowance plus a $75/month toll stipend; fuel card and company credit card.
