Workday Consultant: Compensation & Analytics (12-Month)

Empire Group is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join its People Technology team on a 12 month parental leave contract. You will drive Workday Advanced Compensation configurations, support remuneration review cycles and develop sophisticated reports for workforce analytics.

You will also lead testing, data validation and security management, delivering reliable outcomes for the business while engaging with stakeholders.
