Role Overview
We are seeking a MarTech AI Solution Architect to design and implement next-generation, AI-enabled marketing and customer engagement solutions for enterprise clients, primarily within Financial Services and other regulated industries.
This role focuses on modern MarTech architecture, AI-driven workflows, customer decisioning, campaign orchestration, and personalization at scale. You will work across business, product, data, and engineering teams to build scalable, AI-powered marketing ecosystems and operating models.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect AI-enabled MarTech solutions across campaign orchestration, personalization, and customer engagement
- Design AI-driven workflows using agents, copilots, and automation tools
- Identify opportunities for AI optimization (segmentation, audience activation, content operations, analytics)
- Develop end-to-end architecture across CDP, campaign platforms, decisioning systems, and AI services
- Define MarTech modernization strategies and future-state roadmaps
- Lead use cases such as:
- AI-assisted campaign planning
- Real-time personalization
- Customer decisioning
- Marketing workflow automation
- Performance measurement & optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and orchestration layers
- Support rapid prototyping / POCs using GenAI platforms
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in MarTech, CX, or Marketing Technology architecture
- Hands-on experience in one or more:
- Campaign orchestration
- Customer decisioning
- Marketing automation
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Personalization platforms
- Marketing analytics
- Practical experience with AI / GenAI (LLMs, copilots, agents, RAG, workflow automation)
- Experience designing API-driven, enterprise-scale architectures
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with:
- Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, AJO, Campaign, Target)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud
- Braze, Tealium, Segment, Workfront, Aprimo
- Familiarity with AI platforms:
- OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini
- Consulting or enterprise transformation experience
- Background in Financial Services, Insurance, or regulated industries
