SAP WM Consultant / Lead

We are looking for a Senior SAP WM Consultant / Lead with 12+ years of overall SAP experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP WM implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
• Design and configure end-to-end SAP WM solutions based on business requirements.
• Strong expertise in Warehouse Structure, Inbound/Outbound Processes, Putaway, Picking, Transfer Orders, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory, and Warehouse Operations.
• Lead integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and FI/CO.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable warehouse solutions.
• Provide functional leadership, mentor team members, and resolve complex WM issues.
• Lead testing, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Support SAP S/4HANA and EWM transformation/migration initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend best-fit SAP solutions.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of overall SAP experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP WM experience.
• Proven experience in SAP WM implementation and/or lead roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and inventory management processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or EWM is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
