Compensation: Up to $85.00-$90.00/hr or so (flexible based on experience)

SNI Technology is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect for an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity with an innovative technology organization focused on secure digital platforms and enterprise data solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale initiatives supporting organizations that require high levels of security, compliance, and digital transformation.

We are looking for a consultative technical leader who can bridge business strategy and technology execution. This individual will work across business and technical teams to design scalable architectures, provide solution guidance, and help clients maximize platform capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather business goals, technical requirements, and operational needs.
• Design scalable, end-to-end solution architectures supporting enterprise systems and integrations.
• Translate business challenges into technical strategies and implementation recommendations.
• Work closely with sales and business teams to provide technical expertise during customer engagements and solution discussions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to evaluate feasibility, identify enhancement opportunities, and influence future platform direction.
• Provide strategic technical guidance throughout implementation and adoption efforts.
• Facilitate architecture reviews, technical discovery sessions, and solution workshops.
• Create and maintain documentation including architectural standards, reusable patterns, and best practices.
• Stay informed on evolving technologies, industry trends, and compliance requirements impacting enterprise software environments.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Technical Consulting, or related roles.
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-level applications with complex integrations.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, distributed systems, and modern architecture principles.
• Background working within SaaS environments and subscription-based technology platforms.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both executive leadership and technical teams.
• Experience collaborating across multiple functional groups including engineering, product, sales, and customer success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort navigating evolving business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology solutions within regulated or highly governed industries.
• Exposure to education technology, records management platforms, or public sector technology environments.
• Familiarity with digital identity, verification technologies, blockchain concepts, or credentialing systems.
• Knowledge of compliance and security frameworks such as SOC2, FERPA, or related standards.
• Experience with integration platforms, workflow automation tools, or middleware solutions.
