- Driving end to end solution design and delivery
- Working with modern Azure integrations & DevOps pipelines
- Design, build and optimise high quality CRM and integration solutions by developing Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Customise systems using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins & workflows
- Build integrations with Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, APIs)
- Manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
- Troubleshoot, test and deploy scalable solutions
- Create clean, maintainable and secure code
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynamics365
- Mentor developers and uplift team capability
- Define and champion development standards & governance
- Collaborate across tech, security and business teams
- 5+ years of Dynamics365 development experience
- Strong expertise in Power Platform & Azure services
- Solid coding skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and Git
- A knack for translating business needs into smart technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with API integrations, OAuth2, REST/JSON
- Knowledge of Power Pages, Terraform, PowerShell
- Microsoft certifications (PL 400, PL 600, MB 600)
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Background in health insurance or financial services
