The Role • Independently set up and commission NC machines, ensuring stable production processes. • Precisely position tools, fixtures, and components, making necessary machine adjustments per the work plan. • Continuously monitor the machining process during production and actively intervene in case of deviations. • Conduct quality control of manufactured parts using appropriate testing and measuring equipment, comparing results against reference parts. • Independently perform first-level maintenance tasks and document relevant process data. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a cutting mechanic, turner, miller, machine fitter, or in a comparable metalworking trade. • Initial professional experience in operating NC or CNC machines and understanding the demands of modern manufacturing processes. • Ability to read technical drawings accurately and implement dimension and tolerance specifications precisely. • A focused, quality-oriented, and responsible work approach. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends, and fluent German language skills; basic English is a plus.
