Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate business through channel partner acquisition, customer engagement, and sales conversions. The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and committed to achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's business network.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of the company's offerings.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and timely project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its values in every customer interaction.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
- Ownership: Takes responsibility for assigned targets and follows through until closure.
- Action-Oriented: Proactively identifies opportunities and acts quickly.
- Accountability: Delivers on commitments and maintains consistent follow-ups.
- Customer-Focused: Builds trust and long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
