Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineer with expertise in Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise identity governance solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, connector development, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using Saviynt.
- Configure and customize Saviynt to support enterprise IAM requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom reports for compliance, audit, and operational needs.
- Design and implement identity lifecycle workflows, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), access requests, and access certifications.
- Design and build connectors between Saviynt and enterprise systems, including HR platforms, business applications, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Manage identity governance for human users, service accounts, and machine identities.
- Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including groups, policies, and access controls.
- Create workflow diagrams, solution designs, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.
- Support IAM solutions across Development, QA, and Production environments.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) or IAM.
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt configuration, customization, and reporting.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory administration.
- Experience designing and implementing connectors and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Expertise in JML workflows, access requests, access reviews, identity lifecycle management, and governance controls.
- Experience managing service accounts, machine identities, and privileged access.
- Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
