Customer Engineer

About the Role

This is a technical customer success role on a small, fast-moving team building an AI voice platform for B2C companies. You will sit at the intersection of engineering and customers, ensuring successful adoption of the platform and feeding real user insights directly back into product and engineering.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical guidance to help customers deploy, configure, and optimize the platform.

• Troubleshoot Postgres-backed data workflows and frontend/backend code alongside customers.

• Support customers with prompting and related AI workflows to help them unlock value.

• Build strong customer relationships and serve as the technical liaison between customers, product, and engineering.

• Gather and communicate customer feedback to drive product improvements and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated, direct business impact through written code.

• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including troubleshooting data workflows in customer environments.

• Experience deploying, configuring, or optimizing a software platform for customers.

• Prior customer-facing experience in a technical context, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfort with AI prompting techniques and practical LLM workflows.

• Strong computer science fundamentals are a plus.

• Genuine interest in AI-native products and a pragmatic, ship-fast mindset.

Location
