The Role • Ensuring the optimal technical condition of all managed building systems. • Independently conducting inspections, maintenance, and checks on HVAC and plumbing systems. • Performing regular walkthroughs, identifying potential issues, and executing proactive repairs. • Supporting and collaborating with clients on daily technical operational procedures. • Documenting all performed tasks digitally using mobile devices for maintenance logs. What You'll Need • Completed technical apprenticeship as an HVAC and plumbing mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, heating and ventilation installer, or a comparable qualification. • Previous professional experience is beneficial, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. • Strong customer focus, dedication, teamwork, and reliability. • German language proficiency at B2 level and a Class B driver's license.
