IAM Manager - Maintain Robust IAM Framework - Market Leading Company

IAM Manager Reporting to the Head of Digital Trust & AI Security, the Senior Identity Access Management (IAM) Manager will oversee a team of IAM Managers and Analysts as well as alignIAM services and operational processes with technical solutions. This role will play a critical part in maintaining a robust IAM framework, managing risk and supporting audit and compliance initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of skilled IT professionals and occasionally directing external third-party service providers. Why This Role? What You Will Be Doing Being accountable for full IAM services administration. Collaborating closely with teams from other IT functions to ensure alignment of identity and access with the entire enterprise ecosystem. Work as part of the Information Security leadership team to define, implement and operate the companys governance of enterprise-wide identities and access controls to ensure the right people have the right access at the right time. Act as the focal point for matters related to governing and securing enterprise-wide identities and access controls. Performance management of IAM services team, providing mentorship and ensuring alignment with HR standards and policies. Facilitate regular service provider reviews to assess performance against service targets, drive innovation and ensure any remediation activities are being delivered. What You Will Have General IT Security and Operationsexperience but with some exposure in IAM with knowledge and understanding of Identity Governance and Administrationtechnologies and their operational management. Experience in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune and related technologies. Experience leading service or operations teams. Extensive knowledge of IT strategic planning, design and operations processes. Strong knowledge of current IT and data market trends and technology innovations. Certifications in Microsoft technologiese.g. Microsoft Expert, Associate in Cybersecurity, Azure, IAM and similar. Further qualifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+, CISSP, CISM and similar will be advantageous.
