Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale, complex technology and engineering projects from planning through delivery.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, quality, and changes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Establish project governance, executive sponsorship, stakeholder communication, and escalation processes.
  • Track financial and schedule performance and ensure business value and outcomes are achieved.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps environments.
  • Support and improve ServiceNow project management processes and standards.
  • Resolve escalated issues and provide regular executive-level project reporting.
Mandatory Skills:
  • 12 20 years of total IT/project management experience.
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years managing large-scale technology/engineering initiatives.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Scrum Master experience/training.
  • DevSecOps experience.
  • Strong risk, issue, change, budget, schedule, and resource management.
  • Experience with enterprise technology implementations/integrations.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and project governance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • ServiceNow mindset/experience preferred as part of the project management environment.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
