Transition Project Manager - Community Health Lead

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the implementation phase of transitioning NT Government clinics at Ntaria/Wallace Rockhole and other remote sites to community control.

This role involves coordinating key leads across HR, IT, Facilities Management, Finance, Health Services, governance and public health to integrate clinics into Congress' systems, following the Transition Project Plan and monitoring milestones.
