The Role • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Develop and execute data-driven business plans and strategies to maximize sales performance within the assigned territory. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, adopting a "total office" account management approach. • Cultivate deep expertise in the local market and therapeutic area, identifying and prioritizing unique opportunities. • Effectively navigate and communicate reimbursement dynamics, anticipating and addressing payer access issues. • Adhere strictly to pharmaceutical and regulatory environments, including company policies and FDA regulations. What You'll Need • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university. • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Proven ability to achieve high scores on product knowledge exams and maintain annual certification. • Strong self-starter work ethic with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and computer literacy. • Must reside within 40 miles of territory boundaries. • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
