Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager - IT Services who has a strong background in managing existing client relationships rather than acquiring new business. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience handling IT services accounts across the Indian and Global markets, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivery governance, stakeholder management, and account growth through relationship manageme

nt.This role is strictly focused on Account Management and is not a Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation role. Experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and managing strategic enterprise accounts will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • nts.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-mak
  • ers.Ensure seamless service delivery by coordinating with internal delivery and technical te
  • ams.Conduct regular governance meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions with custom
  • ers.Understand client business objectives and ensure alignment of IT services with their expectati
  • ons.Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account health through proactive engagem
  • ent.Manage escalations, service issues, and client concerns with timely resolut
  • ion.Identify opportunities for account expansion through existing relationships in coordination with leadership, without owning new business acquisition.
  • Track account metrics, service levels, renewals, and contractual commitments.
  • Collaborate with delivery, project management, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements.
  • Prepare account plans, governance reports, and executive presentations.



Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10-15 years of experience in IT Services Account Management.
  • Proven experience managing existing enterprise accounts rather than hunting for new business.
  • Strong exposure to IT Services, including Application Development, Cloud Services, Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, Managed Services, or Staffing/Resource Augmentation engagements.
  • .Experience managing clients across Indian and Global markets (US, Europe, APAC, or Middle East).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
  • Experience in governance meetings, SLA management, account reviews, and customer success initiatives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure delivery excellence.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with or managing Global Capability Center (GCC) engagements.
  • Experience handling large enterprise or strategic IT services accounts.
  • Knowledge of delivery governance, resource planning, and IT service management processes.
  • MBA or equivalent management qualification is preferred.
