Product Owner / Product Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to define product strategy, gather requirements, manage the backlog, and deliver digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes.
• Work with business and technology teams to understand insurance processes and requirements.
• Create and manage epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support delivery teams.
• Coordinate UAT, product demonstrations, release readiness, and user adoption.
• Analyze data, integrations, APIs, business rules, and exception scenarios.
• Communicate product priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience.
• Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience.
• Experience with commercial insurance is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes such as policies, endorsements, renewals, claims, underwriting, premiums, billing, and client servicing.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and product backlog management.
• Excellent requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process mapping skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
