The Role • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing government accounts and build new client partnerships. • Prospect and generate leads for target accounts to drive new revenue growth. • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts and convert competitor customers. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, equipment availability, and client satisfaction. • Develop and manage account plans within assigned territories to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for client retention. • Present tailored solutions, product benefits, and pricing to government clients, demonstrating value and addressing regional needs. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of sales experience. • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in outside sales. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple clients, adapt to changing priorities, and build strong relationships across organizations. • Willingness to travel more than 35% and have reliable transportation to visit client sites.
