The Role

• Conduct quality weld inspections using various NDT methods in accordance with industry standards and contract requirements.
• Prepare factual, comprehensive data and draft reports for customers addressing NDT inspection criteria.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Production, Customers, and Third-Party Surveyors.
• Prepare Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Reports, and review/certify final documentation.
• Set up and perform NDT test procedures, interpreting specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to trainees, demonstrating proficiency in assigned NDT methods.

What You'll Need

• Qualified and certified to ASNT-TC-1A in Visual Examination (VT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), Magnetic Particle (MT), or Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
• Previous Level II Certification to ASNT-TC-1A with documented training and experience.
• Minimum of 600 logged hours in at least one NDT method (Visual, Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, or Ultrasonic).
• Experience in the inspection of metal fabrications, pressure vessels, piping, tanks, or gas systems.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current AWS CWI certification is a plus.
