The Role • Undertake a comprehensive four-week onboarding phase providing an overview of the retail market in various Berlin districts. • Rotate through all departments during the initial years of the apprenticeship. • Specialize in a chosen area, such as Bakery & Bistro, Cheese, or Meat & Sausages, during the final year. • Engage in customer consultation and sales within organic markets, assisting with product display and inventory management. • Complete a two-year apprenticeship for Sales Assistant or a three-year apprenticeship for Retail Clerk, with potential for shortening with relevant educational qualifications. • Assist with various on-site tasks to ensure smooth market operations. What You'll Need • Successfully completed (secondary) school leaving certificate or a middle school diploma. • Competency in handling numerical tasks and calculations. • Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork skills. • A genuine interest in organic food products is beneficial. • A proactive approach and a desire to learn and grow within the retail environment.
