Technical Plant Technician | Elsterberg, Germany | Hybrid

The Role

• Independently perform maintenance, servicing, and repair work on technical equipment and electrical systems.
• Ensure the operational availability of technical systems and plants, including PLC, conveyor technology, scanners, and printers.
• Maintain the functionality of electronic components within various systems and plants.
• Support operational teams in shift work and contribute to projects and sub-projects.

What You'll Need

• Technical vocational training, ideally as a mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification with an electrical engineering focus.
• Initial professional experience in the maintenance and repair of complex systems, preferably with PLC, and ideally further training as a qualified electrical specialist.
• Strong technical understanding and a willingness to embrace new topics and tasks.
• Readiness for shift work (2-shift system).
• Reliable and independent working style, strong teamwork skills, and a keen sense of quality and cost-effectiveness.
