Role
We are looking for an MDM Architect to own enterprise MDM architecture and lead the migration/refactoring of the existing Informatica MDM platform. The role focuses heavily on Person, Patient, and Provider identity management.
Mandatory Skills
  • 10+ years of MDM experience
  • 5+ years hands-on Informatica MDM / MDM Hub / Multidomain MDM
  • Strong MDM architecture and data modeling
  • Identity resolution and entity mastering
  • Match/Merge, duplicate detection, confidence thresholds
  • Survivorship / Trust rules / Source precedence
  • Enterprise identifiers, cross-references & historical identity preservation
  • MDM migration / refactoring / reconciliation
  • Person, Patient & Provider master data experience
  • Relationship lifecycle management
  • MDM history, lineage, audit & downstream synchronization
  • Experience with healthcare/provider data is strongly preferred
  • Google Cloud Platform experience

  • Informatica IDMC / MDM SaaS
  • Semantic layer integration
  • Data governance/catalogue integration
