• Create executive-level dashboards, key performance indicators, and reporting packages that translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Direct enhancements to finance systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence capabilities to improve visibility and support future expansion.
• Oversee accounting and finance operations to maintain reliable records, strong controls, and consistent financial integrity across the organization.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Supervise core transactional processes including billing, receivables, collections, payables, payroll coordination, and related finance workflows.
• Ensure proper treatment of revenue recognition, project accounting, work-in-progress tracking, accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany activity across entities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; an advanced financial or accounting credential is preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including substantial leadership responsibility.
• Background supporting a branding agency or another project-based services business is strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading finance teams and developing staff within high-performance environments.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end close, cash flow planning, and variance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of multi-entity accounting, including intercompany transactions, consolidations, and cross-border financial reconciliation.
