The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio. • Manage all entrepreneurial aspects including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold and implement EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Personal capital ranging from €25,000 to €75,000. • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Strong leadership skills and teamwork capabilities. • High motivation to build and grow your own business. • Passion for fitness, health, and working with people. • Prior experience in fitness, service, management, or sales is beneficial, but not required (career changers welcome).
