Job description

Serve as the technical link between customer-facing teams and IT, translating business requests into development requirements. Configure and troubleshoot supply chain software and data interfaces, use SQL to investigate issues, and test solutions through release. The role is based in Glen Allen, Virginia, and is open to applicants in any location.

Responsibilities

  • Review and clarify customer and internal requests, scope, and priorities.
  • Write Jira development tasks with requirements, data mappings, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
  • Estimate effort and timelines and support cost-benefit analyses and statements of work.
  • Troubleshoot supply chain platform issues, data interfaces, electronic documents, and reports; identify root causes.
  • Analyze data exchanges and use SQL to research issues, validate data, and answer questions.
  • Plan and run feature, integration, and user acceptance testing; document results and solutions.
