The Role • Develop treatment plans based on physician prescriptions. • Conduct diagnostic assessments and therapeutic interventions for neurological speech, voice, and swallowing disorders, including laryngoscopy. • Treat patients using innovative methods such as Biofeedback with EMF and LSVT Loud. • Provide logopedic counseling to patients and their families. • Primarily work with patients in acute geriatrics and intensive care units, including weaning. • Collaborate interdisciplinary with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and the social services department. • Ensure documentation adheres to quality guidelines. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Speech-Language Pathologist. • Preferably, relevant professional experience in geriatrics or neurology. • High level of professional and social competence. • Strong teamwork and cooperation skills. • Open, engaged, and performance-driven attitude. • Friendly and helpful demeanor when interacting with patients. • Willingness to work occasional holiday shifts.
