Hiring: Lead Oracle FCCS Consultant
Location: Stamford, CT (Only Local)

We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle FCCS Consultant to join a high-impact Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), financial consolidation processes, and Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. This role involves leading implementation, enhancement, support, and optimization initiatives while partnering closely with Finance and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle FCCS implementation, enhancement, and production support initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance and Accounting teams.
• Configure and maintain Oracle FCCS applications, including:
  • Consolidation Rules
  • Intercompany Eliminations
  • Ownership Management
  • Currency Translation
  • Journals
  • Allocations
• Design, develop, and optimize financial close and consolidation processes.
• Build and support integrations between Oracle FCCS, General Ledger (GL), and other Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Develop and maintain Financial Reports, Smart View templates, dashboards, and management reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
• Troubleshoot data, metadata, consolidation, calculation, and reporting issues.
• Manage metadata using Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Data Integration/Data Management.
• Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, and process automation using Groovy Rules and EPM Automate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, governance, and reporting accuracy.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions, including significant hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and financial close processes.
• Expertise in Oracle FCCS configuration and administration.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Groovy Rules
  • EPM Automate
  • Smart View
  • Financial Reporting
  • Data Integration/Data Management
  • Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger integrations and financial data flows.
• Experience troubleshooting FCCS metadata, consolidations, business rules, and reporting issues.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business analysis skills.
• Ability to lead implementation projects and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) or other Oracle EPM Cloud modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP integrations.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments is a plus.
• Oracle EPM Cloud/FCCS certifications are preferred.
