We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Intune Subject Matter Expert to help us deliver a secure, reliable and modern Windows device environment.
In this hands-on role, you'll take ownership of the configuration, administration, optimisation and support of Microsoft Intune and its associated endpoint management services. You'll work across device management, application deployment, endpoint security, Windows Autopilot, operating system upgrades and automation within our Microsoft 365 environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure and administer Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, application deployment, compliance policies and endpoint configuration.
• Develop and maintain configuration profiles, security baselines, compliance settings and device policies.
• Package, deploy and manage applications, application updates and Windows operating system upgrades.
• Configure and support Windows Autopilot for modern device provisioning and deployment.
• Implement and monitor endpoint security controls, including compliance policies, security settings and conditional access integration.
• Work closely with security, infrastructure and workplace technology teams to strengthen endpoint protection and support security incident response.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues affecting devices, enrolment, application deployment and policy delivery.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions for administration, reporting and operational efficiency.
• Produce and maintain clear documentation, technical standards, support processes and best-practice guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve the security, performance and user experience of the managed endpoint estate.

Desired Experience:

• Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune device management, application management, compliance and configuration policies.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, modern device provisioning and Windows operating system upgrade deployment.
• A good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, cloud identity management, role-based access control, licensing and endpoint compliance.
• Practical PowerShell Scripting skills for automation, reporting and endpoint administration.
• Experience implementing mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM) and mobile content management (MCM) policies in an enterprise environment.
• A sound understanding of endpoint security, conditional access and the wider Microsoft 365 security ecosystem.
• The ability to troubleshoot complex device, enrolment, application deployment and policy issues.
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to establish repeatable standards and clear operational guidance.
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with both technical and security stakeholders.
