We are currently seeking a Senior DocumentController to join our team on a 6-month full-timefixed term contract based at our office in Subiaco,Perth.

About the Role

Brightstar Resources requires an experienced Senior DocumentController with proven InEight Document implementation experienceto establish a practical document control framework and lead theimplementation and ongoing administration of InEight Document.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, administration androllout of InEight Document.
  • Establish and maintain document registers within InEightDocument. Including metadata, workflows, permissions, revisionand transmittal processes.
  • Migrate, classify and quality-check existingdocumentation.
  • Develop document control procedures, standards andgovernance frameworks.
  • Manage document reviews, approvals, distribution andversion control.
  • Establish controls for engineering, maintenance and projectdocumentation.
  • Provide training, guidance and ongoing support tostakeholders.
  • Generate reports and monitor systemeffectiveness.

  • Experience implementing electronic document managementsystems.
  • Strong understanding of document control and recordsmanagement.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communicationskills.
