Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs, ensuring best practices and compliance with government standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Salesforce platform components, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and other elements.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and standards.

• 7 years of experience working on Salesforce implementations, ideally in government spaces.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
