Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai (Andheri East) for a Proposal Specialist. The Proposal Specialist will manage the end-to-end proposal development process, including crafting compelling proposal documents, responding to tenders, responding to RFPs, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing client requirements, developing persuasive content, supporting related project management efforts, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals during the bid and proposal process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and SOWs
- Analyze bid requirements and coordinate with internal teams for inputs
- Draft, review, and refine technical and commercial proposals
- Identify sources to collect information on tenders, RFPs and EOIs
- Monthly 10-30 tender/SOW/RFP/EOI submission
- Collaborate with CBO and technical teams for accurate documentation
- Track deadlines and manage end-to-end submission processes
- Manage GEM portal (optional)
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Proposal Management and Proposal Writing to develop clear and persuasive business documents.
- Familiarity with Request for Proposals (RFPs) and the ability to create responses that meet rigorous requirements.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proven experience in Project Management to ensure deadlines are met and processes are streamlined.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge or experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector is a plus.
- Proven experience in documentation, bid management, or proposal writing
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT/OT services industry (preferred)
- Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and document collaboration tools
