What You''ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business challenges.
• Build predictive models, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.
• Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and production-ready ML solutions.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.

What We''re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or AI model deployment.
• Experience with SQL and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and production environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning.
• Knowledge of vector databases and AI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
