TheyveinvestedheavilyintobuildingtheMLstack,partneredwithleadinguniversities,andtrainedmodelsonmillionsofexpert-taggedimages.Now,theyrescalinggloballyandneedaworld-classLeadDataScientisttohelppushtheboundariesofcomputervision,videoanalysis,andmultimodalLLMswhilesolvingreal-worldchallenges.

RoleOverview

TheyarelookingforanexperiencedLeadDataScientisttospearheadmachine-learninginitiatives,withparticularfocusoncomputervision,largelanguagemodels,andproductionreadyMLpipelinesinAzure.Youwillactasthetechnicalleadfortheteam,settingdirection,guidingbestpractices,andensuringthesuccessfuldeliveryofhigh-impactAIsolutions.

KeyResponsibilities

Develop,train,anddeploycomputervisionmodels(objectdetection,imageclassification,segmentation,multi-modallearning)

Fine-tune,evaluate,andproductionisemulti-modalLLMsforbusinessapplications.

DriveexperimentationandprototypingofadvancedML/AItechniques

Providetechnicaldirection,mentoring,andhands-onguidancetothedatascienceteam.

Workwithengineering,product,andbusinessstakeholderstoalignMLstrategywithbusinessgoals.

Architectandproductioniseend-to endMLpipelinesonAzure,whileensuringscalability,reproducibility,andmonitoringofdeployedmodels.

Requirements

6+yearsindatascience/ML,withatleast2yearsinatechnicalleadrole.

Deepexperienceintraininganddeployingcomputervisionmodelsintoproduction

ProventrackrecordwithLLMfine-tuning,promptengineeringandproductionisation

DeepexperienceinMLOpsonAzure,includingCI/CD,monitoringandscalingpipelines.

StrongcodingskillsinPython,withframeworkssuchasPyTorch,FastAPIandAzureCLI.
