We're looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive who can build lasting client relationships, manage end-to-end campaign execution, and act as the bridge between clients and our creative teams. What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client objectives, business challenges, and marketing requirements to deliver strategic solutions.
  • Prepare creative briefs and coordinate with Strategy, Creative, Content, Digital, Production, and Media teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, status updates, and review sessions.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve challenges and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the agency's quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving marketing practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management within an Advertising, Branding, Creative, or Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Strong understanding of branding, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and creative processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to understand client business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing real estate, luxury, automotive, hospitality, lifestyle, FMCG, or corporate brands.
  • Exposure to integrated campaigns across branding, digital, social media, films, and production.
  • Experience handling high-value client accounts and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Location: Oshiwara, Andheri West - Mumbai (On-Site)

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Work Timings - 10am to 7pm
