Assistant Director - Mechanical & Electrical Compliance - Social & Affordable Housing

SettleParadigm are now looking to recruit an Assistant Director of Mechanical & Electrical Compliance. This is a key role, providing leadership for all mechanical and electrical compliance, servicing, inspection, repairs and investment programmes across the newly merged SettleParadigm organisation.

The role will have responsibility for integrating the legacy Settle and Paradigm teams, contracts, systems, data, and ways of working, creating a high-performing function with consistent standards, clear governance, strong technical assurance, and a customer-focussed culture.
