System Administrator (RSA Archer)

We are partnering with one of Australia's leading financial services organisations to secure an experienced Systems Administrator / Developer specialising in Archer (formerly RSA Archer). In this initial 6-month engagement, you will play a key role within the Risk Platforms team, driving the administration, development, and ongoing configuration of the organisation's Archer environment to support critical risk management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Archer platform.
• Design and implement platform enhancements, custom applications, workflows, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical Archer solutions.
• Manage user permissions, access controls, data feeds, and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure optimal platform performance and stability.

Key Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in Archer development, configuration, and administration (essential).
• Background in financial services, banking, or superannuation is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality solutions within fixed timeframes.
