FinXL IT Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across financial services, telecommunications, government, and enterprise sectors.
We are partnering with one of Australia's leading financial services organisations to secure an experienced Systems Administrator / Developer specialising in Archer (formerly RSA Archer). In this initial 6-month engagement, you will play a key role within the Risk Platforms team, driving the administration, development, and ongoing configuration of the organisation's Archer environment to support critical risk management functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Archer platform.
- Design and implement platform enhancements, custom applications, workflows, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with Risk & Compliance stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical Archer solutions.
- Manage user permissions, access controls, data feeds, and system integrations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure optimal platform performance and stability.
- Proven hands-on experience in Archer development, configuration, and administration (essential).
- Background in financial services, banking, or superannuation is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality solutions within fixed timeframes.
