The Role • Represent the company professionally and deliver an outstanding customer experience. • Attend scheduled appointments with pre-qualified homeowners interested in window and door replacement. • Conduct in-home sales processes including product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract completion. • Build and nurture relationships with customers beyond the initial appointment. • Drive repeat business and referrals through exceptional trust and service. What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. • Outside sales experience is beneficial, though comprehensive training is provided. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • A valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record. • Flexibility to schedule appointments around customer availability. • Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
