About this opportunity:ICC Sydney arelooking for a passionate and experienced Event Delivery Manager to joinour world-class team. No two days will be the same while you empower our teamto deliver extraordinary service for a multitude of events across our venues.
Our ideal candidate is aconfident operational leader with a proven track record in delivering large andcomplex events, preferably within large scale events venues or sports arenas.You should possess a passion and deep understanding of event operations,including food and beverage delivery, security, risk, and safety and provensuccess in managing complex operations with onsite execution. Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills are essential, to create relationships withboth internal and external stakeholders, assisting in the delivery of worldclass events.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the key point of contact and escalation for clients and stakeholders during event tenancy, ensuring all service requests, operational needs, and issues are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large, diverse team across event operations and food & beverage services, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and accountability.
- Oversee coordination with internal departments including logistics, technical services, and hospitality to ensure seamless, end-to-end event delivery.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing and maintaining best-in-class standards in client service and guest experience, reinforcing ICC Sydney's reputation as a premium event destination.

Required Skills & Experience:This is a great opportunity to be part of a high performingteam who oversee the delivery of over 700 events a year. If you love event operations,food and beverage, thrive in a high energy fast-paced environment and have acollaborative and inclusive approach to event operations management, then thisrole might be for you. You will also have:
- Minimum four years industry experience including two years in a senior supervisory role.
- Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large operational teams.
- Working knowledge of WH&S legislation, risk assessment practices, food safety standards and NSW liquor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to work in a team or autonomously with minimal direction.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- You must be 18 years or over.
