Must Have Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with Java springboot.

• Strong experience designing and developing applications using Microservices Architecture.

• Proven expertise in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise application development.

• Experience with AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.

• Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized application deployments.

• Strong knowledge of Cassandra or other large-scale distributed databases.

• Develops secure, scalable, and high-quality production code; reviews and debugs code written by others.

• Drives decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations/processes.

• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Shell Scripting and Unix/Linux systems.

• Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud infrastructure management.

• Familiarity with modern LLM/Generative AI techniques and practical solution development using Azure OpenAI.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools in cloud-native environments.

Experience & Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in Software Engineering concepts with 7+ years of applied experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

• Strong experience building and supporting highly available, distributed, cloud-native applications.

• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating across multiple technology teams.
