The Role

• Manage the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Workshop Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily work planning.
• Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle return with a focus on excellent service.
• Handle invoicing, customer funds, and manage incoming and outgoing orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade with several years of professional experience, ideally as a master automotive technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undergo a skills test or already hold the "Workshop Manager (HWK)" qualification.

• A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and proficiency in administrative tasks.
• Excellent customer and service orientation with strong communication skills.
