The Role • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, focusing on meeting shopper needs. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at each store. • Drive sales by merchandising products on shelves and selling programs and extra inventory. • Track inventory to ensure both stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Travel within a designated territory to complete scheduled store visits. • Accurately and promptly complete all required reports. What You'll Need • Be 18 years of age or older. • Ability to receive coaching, communicate effectively (verbal and written), deliver results, and manage multiple priorities. • Previous experience in sales, merchandising, retail, or CPG is preferred. • Physical capacity to perform tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Must possess reliable transportation and be able to travel independently within the territory. • Capability to transport displays and equipment as needed.
