The Role

• Conduct internal training sessions on optics and work with state-of-the-art technology.
• Advise customers and support colleagues with optical expertise.
• Perform refractions and ensure standardized refraction procedures within the team.
• Manage the store's technical equipment and contribute technical know-how to store management.

What You'll Need

• Relevant experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
• Completed training as a Master Optician (Augenoptikermeister).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delighting customers.
• A strong team-player mentality to achieve business objectives together.
