Service Now Developer

ServiceNow Developer Location: Telford (2-3 days per week onsite) Duration: 6 Months Rate: Up to £740 per day Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required OverviewWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow implementation.

Working as part of a delivery team, you will configure, develop, test and support ServiceNow capabilities across multiple workstreams, with a focus on HRSD, CSM, Employee Centre, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent and integrations.<br />Key Responsibilities Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across HRSD and CSM.<br />Build and maintain record producers, forms, workflows, catalog items, notifications and case management capabilities.<br />Configure Employee Centre experiences and user journeys.<br />Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.<br />Support configuration of Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities.<br />Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical design discussions.<br />Support unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect resolution activities.<br />Produce and maintain technical documentation.<br />Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and business stakeholders.<br />Required Skills &amp; Experience Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.<br />Strong experience with HRSD.<br />Experience across one or more of:

CSM<br />Source-to-Pay Operations<br />Employee Centre / Employee Centre Pro<br />ServiceNow Integrations<br />Virtual Agent<br />Now Assist<br />Experience developing case workflows, service catalogues, agent workspaces and portal experiences.<br />Strong ServiceNow scripting skills including JavaScript, Glide APIs and Flow Designer.<br />Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and/or IntegrationHub.<br />Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and test cycles.<br />Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.<br />Essential Requirements ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.<br />Active SC Clearance.<br />UK Based.<br />Experience working within large-scale enterprise or public sector ServiceNow delivery programmes.<br />Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.<br />Ability to work collaboratively across multiple supplier and stakeholder teams.<br />Highly Desirable ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD.<br />ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.<br />Desirable ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.<br />Employee Centre.<br />IntegrationHub.<br />Virtual Agent.<br />Now Assist / GenAI accreditations.
