Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PowerShell Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for Windows-based infrastructure and enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PowerShell scripting, systems administration, and automation, with experience integrating Microsoft technologies and optimizing operational processes through scripting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation solutions.
• Automate routine system administration, deployment, and maintenance tasks.
• Develop scripts for user provisioning, server management, software deployment, and configuration management.
• Integrate PowerShell with REST APIs, Azure services, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing PowerShell scripts for performance and reliability.
• Automate Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Windows Server administration tasks.
• Create reusable modules, functions, and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, and security teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation, script libraries, and deployment procedures.
• Follow security best practices and organizational compliance standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with PowerShell and PowerShell Core (pwsh).
• Experience with Windows Server Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and automation workflows.
• Knowledge of Windows task scheduling and automation techniques.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, file systems, and Windows services.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Automation and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of Desired State Configuration (DSC).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
• Experience with SCCM/MECM or Microsoft Intune.
• Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
