Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Integration Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supplier onboarding, supply chain transformation, and cross-functional program management and a proven ability to deliver phase-based integration outcomes, protect go-live readiness, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage an integrated project plan for Spares supplier onboarding across L2C Integration Phase 4, including dependencies from Phases 1-3.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for suppliers, logistics service providers, depots, repair suppliers, returns providers, and other external partners supporting Spares operations.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Service, Support, supplier management, logistics, depot operations, and business process owners.
- Track supplier readiness across process, systems, data, finance, trading structure, service, repair, returns, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics requirements.
- Maintain a single source of truth for onboarding status, milestones, issues, risks, dependencies, decisions, and actions.
- Drive recurring workstream cadence, document outcomes, assign owners, track follow-ups, and ensure on-time closure of actions.
- Build and manage onboarding playbooks, sequencing plans, readiness checklists, dependency maps, RAID logs, decision logs, and escalation trackers.
- Identify cross-phase conflicts, schedule risks, resource constraints, and readiness gaps impacting Phase 4 delivery or business continuity.
- Escalate blockers and required decisions in a timely, fact-based manner with clear options, impacts, owners, and recommended next steps.
- Partner with testing, UAT, cutover, and HyperCare teams to align onboarding with technical readiness, business readiness, and go-live criteria.
- Prepare leadership-ready status updates, executive summaries, milestone reports, SteerCo materials, and decision-support content.
- Coordinate supplier communications on expectations, timelines, documentation, process changes, and operational handoffs.
- Ensure alignment with L2C integration governance, stage gates, change management plans, and workstream priorities.
- Monitor completion of onboarding deliverables and capture required artifacts for audit, transition, and operational handoff.
- Support transition from interim processes to optimized Phase 4 capabilities, tracking closure of deferred decisions and post-go-live actions.
- Recommend process, governance, and reporting improvements to increase transparency, reduce risk, and strengthen accountability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of project management experience in supply chain, operations, transformation, supplier onboarding, logistics, or service supply chain integration.
- Experience managing cross-functional workplans, action logs, RAID logs, decision tracking, stakeholder cadence, and executive reporting.
- Demonstrated success in matrixed global environments with phased delivery and time-sensitive dependencies.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving transformation environments with competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for concise leadership updates and action-oriented summaries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Preferred Skills:
- Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of L2C integration processes, phased transformation delivery, and cross-workstream dependency management.
