Job Description

Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking Imagery Analyst Supervisor to manage a team of Imagery Analysts working on a high-profile project de s igned to help develop training data for the next generation of imagery analysis artificial intelligence. This role is responsible for managing a team of Imagery Analysts tasked with analyzing, labelling, and cataloguing maritime video footage for Customs & Border P rotection (CBP). The Imagery Analyst Supervisor manages deadlines, staff distribution, training schedules and job priorities. Additionally, this role will ensure that Image Analysts are properly trained, and perform high-quality labeling of images and footage, and maintain a well-organized work environment. To be considered candidates must be able to pass / obtain a Public Trust (elevated) background check from the Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS). This requires US Citizenship and the ability to pass a stringent background check. Note: This position is contingent upon Contract Award. Salary Range: $75,000-83,000 Required Skills * Must be willing and have ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background check designation from the Dept. of Homeland Security * High School Diploma or equivalent * 3+ years Imagery Analysis experience and demonstrated professional performance * Be able to use a computer for 8 hours a day * Demonstrated expertise across all imagery and footage types with ability to label objects according to a complex ontology. * M entor and supervise a team of Image ry Analysts * Demonstrated technical proficiency and superior productivity as an Imagery Analyst * Developed footage and image labeling and cataloguing SOP's and Training Materials * Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to manage individuals as a Team Supervisor and Training Mentor * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products * Demonstrated the ability to manage staff schedule, data priorities, and ensure compliance with ECS time charging policies Desired Skills * Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred * Acute attention to detail * Previous DoW Service experience in an imagery analysis field * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage varying personality types * Strong communications skills * Ability to label objects according to a complex ontology and be able to be a technical resource to subordinates #EverforthECS1 ECS Federal LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
