Job Description

Employment : Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing.
  • Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and bid strategy optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on ad spend.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping campaigns if applicable).
  • Experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.
  • Experience with lead generation and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
