TSPV/TSPA Cleared Identity & Access Management Administrator - Secure Enterprise IDAM Role

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced IAM professional who can manage identity lifecycle processes, support authentication and access controls, automate operational tasks, and contribute to the secure delivery of critical technology services in a highly collaborative team.

Contract Duration

12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.

Security Clearance Requirement

Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current TSPV/TSPA clearance to perform this role.

Additional Requirements

Essential Tasks

• Administer identity and access management systems including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and access control activities
• Monitor IDAM platform health, performance, and security while supporting automation, audit reporting, and operational procedures
• Investigate and resolve access violations, authentication failures, and identity-related security incidents
• Work closely with technology, security, and system administration teams to support secure identity and access outcomes across enterprise environments

Key Criteria

• Minimum 3 years' experience in security operations, identity and access management, or a closely related ICT security discipline
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorisation, access governance, and privileged access management
• Experience supporting enterprise IDAM integrations with platforms such as Active Directory, HR systems, SIEM tools, and ITSM environments
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills, with experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, or similar
